Can you believe it is already the end of August? The first day of school has finally arrived for some local schools, and while some I know of (ahem, Tennessee) have been in school for over 3 weeks now - our students here are dreading waking up to that gleam in their parents eye, the smile on their faces ... The First Day of School. :) Personally, I can't wait until Emily is in ACTUAL school, that's not to say I don't love our daycare, because I do - I just can't wait to see her skipping into her class room with her friends, and running out after class to tell me all about what she had done that day.
Alas, I still have a few years before that happens, and I'll settle for that time passing at a kind rate .. as in not entirely too fast, but not entirely too slow.
